Sunscreen Ingredients Cheatsheet

Did you know that your body absorbs more than 60% of whatever comes into contact with it? Summer is here and the big question is… which sunscreen is safe? According to Dr. Mercola, these are the ingredients you want to stay away from…
Para amino benzoic acid, Octyl salicyclate, Avobenzone, Oxybenzone, Cinoxate, Padimate O, Dioxybenzone, Phenylbenzimidazole, Homosalate, Sulisobenzone, Menthyl anthranilate, Trolamine salicyclate and  Octocrylene.
If you already bought your sunscreen, please check to make sure they do not contain these ingredients. If they do, Dr. Mercola suggests you replace these toxic sunscreens for safer ones.

Hi! Hoping you could recommend some sunscreens that do not contain any of the hazardous ingredients mentioned above. I just checked my new sunscreen and it contains a couple of the ingredients mentioned.

Thanks!
Hilarie
