Its clean, but not frizzy like it used to be before using Miessence. This shampoo and the conditioner together are perfect. My hair used to be very oily. Too oily to not wash it every single day. Since using this shampoo my hair has balanced out to where I only wash it every other day now. Maybe it was all the synthetic moisturizers and silicone coatings for shine that was in my old shampoos.
