This product is a 75% organic product, but is not certified organic. The two shampoos contain one single ingredient that is not allowed in organic foods, which therefore prevents these 4 products from being certified organic. The foaming products contain “coco polyglucose”, a foaming agent made from coconut oil and glucose.

Great product- it smells great and works well leaving hair shiny and silky.
I have fine hair and this shampoo gets the oil out, without stripping my hair. Its clean, but not frizzy like it used to be before using Miessence. This shampoo and the conditioner together are perfect. My hair used to be very oily. Too oily to not wash it every single day. Since using this shampoo my hair has balanced out to where I only wash it every other day now. Maybe it was all the synthetic moisturizers and silicone coatings for shine that was in my old shampoos. I am a believer that 100% natural works better.
